About Susan
Susan DiBonaventura has owned and operated Private Affairs Catering, an off premise
catering business, since 1984. Incorporated in 1986, her business quickly expanded. In addition to over 7,000 private clients,
her catering clients also include large companies such as: PECO Energy, Sunoco, Re-Max, Weichert Reality, Pennsylvania Hospital,
Drexel University, and Villanova University.
Teaching cooking classes is a passion of Susan's. She teaches
classes for private groups 5-7 nights a week in venues which include Wallingford Swarthmore night classes, Aston Library,
Haverford Library, and the Rachel Kohl Library.
Susan leads private culinary tours in the U.S. and abroad. Previous
tours have visited spectacular destinations such as Italy's Amalfi coast, Tuscany, and the Italian and French Riviera.
Susan has also published a collection of favorite recipes, helpful hints and stories of her travels in her cookbook,
"Live, Laugh, Cook". She has been featured in numerous publications including Country Home Magazine, Philadelphia
Style Magazine, Delaware County Times and The Philadelphia Inquirer. She has also appeared on television programs such as
Fox's Good Day and The 10 Show.
